    Continental Motors is looking for a motivated individual to work alongside our marketing team to create and execute the companys marketing strategy. Candidate will gain experience in multiple areas of marketing through coordination and execution of tradeshows, creation of sales tools, database analysis, as well as data and financial reporting.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    - Support tradeshow efforts and special events throughout the planning and execution process
    - Register for events as outlined by the master calendar
    - Coordinate packing and shipping logistics for supplies and engines
    - Recap show activity efforts versus goal
    - Pricing and competitive surveys/data capture and reporting
    - Process capture and creation of process documentation
    - Work alongside sales team to execute follow up plan for leads generated at various events
    - Create sales tools such as company one voice, capability sheets, presentations
    - Procurement of promotional items
    - Manage customer database and perform maintenance to provide targeted distribution groups
    - Assist with department finances to include submission of invoices and budgetary analysis
    - Support customer visits to include on-site meetings and training seminar coordination
    - Manage Archives and documentation of web site code.
    Education Required
    High school degree required and must be currently enrolled in a 4 year university working towards a degree in marketing, public relations, communications, advertising, graphic design, journalism, or English.
    Computer
    Proficient with MS Office skills including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Access.
    Physical Requirements
    Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Ability to lift 10 pounds repeatedly and lift up to 60 pounds. Ability to bending, reaching, and kneeling repeatedly. Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist required. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full motion of the lower extremities and back muscles. Bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees required.
    Language Skills
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    Reasoning Ability
    Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
    Mathematical
    Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
